This black cloak has a red lining on the inside and a embroidered pattern of a flame tongue on the back. Once per day, the wearer can speak its command word and be encircled by flames for 1 minute. The flames shed bright light in a 40 feet radius and dim light for another 40 feet.
While activated, any creature starting their turn within 5 feet of the wearer take 1d10 fire damage. Any creature that makes a melee attack against the wearer also takes 1d10 fire damage. Additionally, while activated the wearer has resistance to fire damage.
